Study on the application of bioaugmentation to brewery wastewater

摘要:

采用定向选育的高效混合菌处理啤酒废水,考察高效混合菌对SBR反应器的生物强化作用.试验结果表明,混合菌群的加入缩短了反应器驯化时间和曝气时间,提高了反应器的处理能力和效果,增强了系统耐冲击负荷能力和系统稳定性.进水COD质量浓度<1600mg/L,COD容积负荷<2.2kg/(m3·d)时,去除率均在92%以上,出水COD浓度远好于国家污水综合排放一级标准.

Abstract:

The directionally selected complex bacterium with high efficiency are used to treat brewery wastewater in order to study its application of bioaugmentation to SBR process. The result shows that the time of domestication and aeration is shorten and the disposal ability and the effect of SBR process are improved. When the influent COD is under 1 600mg/ L and volume load is under 2.2 kg/(m3?d), the removal rate of COD of the bioaugmentation SBR is more than 92 %, better than the first grade of the national wastewater comprehensive discharge standard.
