生物强化及催化氧化处理颜料废水工程应用

Engineering application of bioaugmentation and catalytic oxidation process to the treatment of pigment wastewater

摘要:

某颜料企业在颜料生产过程中产生的工艺废水具有高色度、高有机物含量、高悬浮物、高盐度、难生物降解等特征。其有机成分中含有大量的苯胺类物质。利用苯胺高效降解菌的生物强化作用结合混凝沉淀、催化氧化和碳滤组合工艺处理该企业废水。运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。

Abstract:

The wastewater from a pigment enterprise is characterized by high chroma,high organism content,high suspended solids,high salinity,low biodegradability,etc. Its organic composition contains a large number of aniline substances. The combined process,bioaugmentation-coagulation precipition-catalytic oxidation-carbon filtration,has been used for treating the wastewater. The operation results show that the combined treatment process runs stably and reliably,and the effluent water quality can reach the first level standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
