摘要:
介绍了UASB-CASS工艺处理啤酒废水的工艺设计及运行效果。工程设计规模为3 000 m3/d,经过3个多月的调试运行,出水CODCr≤80 mg/L、BOD5≤20 mg/L、氨氮≤15 mg/L,SS≤70 mg/L,达到《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB 19821—2005)。该工艺处理效果好、运行稳定、费用低、管理方便,具有推广价值。

Abstract:
The technology processing of UASB-CASS for treating beer wastewater and its technological design and operational effect are introduced.The design capacity of the process is 3 000 m3/d.After the debugging operation for more than three months,the effluent CODCr,BOD5,ammonia-nitrogen,SS are less than or equal to 80,20,15,70 mg/L,respectively,meeting the Discharge Standard of Pollutants in Beer Industry(GB 19821—2005).This process has many advantages,such as effective pollutant removal,reliable operation,low consumption and easy control,having promotion value.
