摘要: 简要介绍了黄石某制药厂琥乙红霉素等原料药化学合成废水处理工程实例。根据企业生产情况及水质排放特点,确定主体工艺流程采用“三效蒸发器+铁碳微电解+Fenton氧化+预酸化池+UASB+水解酸化+A/O+多元催化氧化+BAF”工艺。实践表明,该工艺路线选择合理、系统运行稳定,可为同类化学合成类制药废水处理工艺路线选择提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristic process for treating synthesis wastewater containing raw material chemicals, such as erythromycin ethylsuccinate,etc.,this paper briefly introduces the wastewater treatment project of a pharma-ceutical factory in Huangshi,China. According to the production conditions and water quality discharge characteristics,it is ascertained that the main process flow used is "three-effect evaporator + iron-carbon micro-electrolysis + Fenton oxidation + pre-acidification pool + UASB + hydrolysis acidification + A/O + multi-catalytic oxidation + BAF". Practice results show that the process route selected is reasonable and the system runs stably,being able to provide refer-ence for the selection of treatment process route of pharmaceutical wastewater containing synthesized chemicals.
