摘要:

某城镇污水处理厂生物处理单元采用改良CASS工艺,工业废水占比约70%,进水碳源不足且有毒物质较多导致污泥活性严重受损,出水氮磷指标居高不下。针对进水水质水量波动大等问题,以改良CASS工艺为基础,对其生物处理单元进行临时改造。采取投加活性炭、补充碳源和优化工艺运行参数等方式来提高生物脱氮除磷能力使系统能够稳定运行,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。

Abstract:

Improved CASS process was used in the biological treatment unit of municipal wastewater treatment plant, with industrial wastewater accounting for about 70%. The insufficient carbon source and more toxic substances in the inlet water caused serious damage to the sludge activity, and the effluent nitrogen and phosphorus indexes remained high. In order to solve the problem of big fluctuation of inlet water quality and quantity, the improved CASS process was used as the basis for the temporary modification of biological treatment unit. The capacity of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal was improved by adding activated carbon, supplementing carbon sources and optimizing process operation parameters, so that the system could operate stably, and the effluent quality met first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
