An upgrading and reconstructing project case of treatment facilities for landfill leachate

摘要:

针对垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理工程现状,分析了原渗滤液处理站存在的问题,采用“均衡池+IC厌氧反应罐+外置式MBR+膜处理系统”组合工艺对渗滤液处理站进行升级改造。新建膜浓缩液处理设施,采用“高级氧化+MBR+膜处理系统”组合工艺,实现渗滤液全量无害化处理。升级改造后垃圾填埋场垃圾渗滤液处理站运行稳定,各项出水指标达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2排放标准。

Abstract:

According to the status of landfill leachate treatment project, the existing problems of raw leachate treatment station were analyzed. Landfill leachate treatment facility was upgrading by the combination process of "water quality equalization tank+IC anaerobic reaction tank+external MBR system+membrane system". New membrane concentration facility was built. Advanced oxidation with MBR system and membrane system was used for treating membrane concentration to achieve zero discharge of landfill leachate. After upgrading, the landfill leachate treatment station run stably. The effluent quality met the Table 2 requirement of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008).
