Preparation of novel magnetic nano-composite microgel adsorbent and its application

摘要: 近年来,低成本、高效的高分子纳米复合吸附剂的开发备受瞩目。以化学共沉淀法制备磁性纳米Fe3O4粒子,将得到的磁性纳米Fe3O4粒子在油相介质中功能化,并以功能化磁性纳米Fe3O4粒子为交联剂,接枝聚合丙烯酸单体和丙烯酰胺单体,得到了新型纳米Fe3O4/丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物复合磁性微凝胶吸附剂。该吸附剂具有制备工艺简便、原材料利用率高、成本低、固液分离容易、使用寿命长、对Pb(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)具有选择吸附性等特点。

Abstract: The development of low-cost and highly efficient polymer nano-material composite adsorbent has gotten most of the attention in recent years. The magnetic Fe3O4 nano-particles have been prepared by chemical co-precipitation process. The obtained magnetic Fe3O4 nano-particles should be functionalized in oil phase media,and the functionalized Fe3O4 nano-particles can be used as cross-linkers,followed by graft and polymerization of acrylic acid monomer and acrylamide monomer. Finally,the novel nano-Fe3O4/acrylic acid-acrylamide co-polymer composite magnetic microgel adsorbent can be obtained. The adsorbent is characterized by simple preparation process,high raw-material utilization rate,low cost,easy solid-liquid separation procedure,long service life time,selective adsorptivity for Pb(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),etc.
