摘要: 为提高某城市污水处理厂对污染物的去除效果并减少运行成本,采用WEST软件构建了该厂改良A2/O工艺计算机仿真模型,并对模型进行校核,最后结合模型进行优化方案的模拟。优化方案的运行结果显示:当控制系统污泥龄为6 d、污泥回流比为30%、好氧段溶解氧为1.4 mg/L时,该厂出水CODCr、氨氮与TN可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准要求,该推荐方案可降低污水厂运行成本约1 400万元/a。

Abstract: In order to improve the pollutant removing effect and reduce operating costs for an urban wastewater treatment plant,WEST software has been used and calibrated for the establishment of the improved A2/O process computer simulation model of the plant,and,at the end,the simulation of the optimization scheme implemented in combination with the model. The operation result of the optimized scheme shows that when the sludge age of the control system is 6 d,sludge reflux ratio 30% and dissolved oxygen 1.4 mg/L,COD,ammonia nitrogen and TN of effluent can meet the requirements for the first level A criterion,specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant,GB 18918-2002. In addition,about ¥14 million of the annual operating cost can be reduced by the proposed scheme for the wastewater treatment plant.
