摘要: 荧光渗透液作为示踪剂用于精密零件的无损探伤检测后,在零件清洗过程中会产生高浓度荧光渗透乳化油废水。采用破乳-混凝工艺对该废水进行预处理,考察了破乳过程中搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉降时间,以及混凝过程中混凝剂投加量、pH、助凝剂投加量、静置时间等因素对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:在最佳条件下,经破乳-混凝预处理,废水COD、油、色度去除率分别达到96.08%、99.49%和96.88%,处理出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。

Abstract: After fluorescent penetrant as a kind of tracer has been applied to the non-destructive flaw detection tests(NDT) of precision components,the highly concentrated fluorescent penetrating emulsified oil wastewater may come into being in the component-cleaning process. The wastewater is to be pretreated by the demulsification-coagulation process. The influences of the factors,including stirring speed,stirring time and settlement time in the demulsification process,as well as the dosage of coagulant,pH,dosage of coagulant aid and settling time in the coagulation process on wastewater treatment effects have been investigated. The experimental results indicate that the removing rates of wastewater COD,oil and chroma can reach 96.08%,99.49% and 96.88%,respectively,under optimal conditions,after pre-treated by the demulsification-coagulation process. The water quality of the treated effluent reaches the second-level standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
