UV/Oxone降解水中氧氟沙星的动力学和机理

Degradation kinetics and mechanisms of ofloxacin in water by UV/Oxone

摘要: 研究了UV/Oxone(KHSO5·0.5KHSO4·0.5K2SO4)降解氧氟沙星(OFL)的动力学和机理。考察了OFL初始浓度、Oxone投加量、腐殖酸、氯离子、硝酸根等对OFL降解的影响。结果表明,UV/Oxone体系降解OFL的过程符合准一级反应动力学方程,OFL的降解速率随OFL初始浓度的增加而减小,随Oxone投加量的增加而增大。腐殖酸、氯离子、硝酸根等均不同程度地抑制了OFL的降解。用液相色谱-高分辨质谱联用仪分析OFL的6种降解产物,推测其主要降解途径是脱甲基和开环作用。

Abstract: The degradation kinetics and mechanisms of ofloxacin(OFL) by UV/Oxone(KHSO5·0.5KHSO4·0.5K2SO4) technology have been researched,and the influences of initial concentration of OFL,Oxone dosage,humic acid,chlo-ride,nitrate,etc. on the degradation of OFL are investigated. The results show that the process of OFL degradation by UV/Oxone system complies with the pseudo-first order kinetic equation. The degradation rate of OFL decreases with the increase of the initial concentration of OFL,but increases with the increase of the dosage of Oxone. The existence of humic acid,chloride and nitrate inhibits the degradation of OFL at different degrees. Six kinds of OFL degradation products are analyzed by the combined utilization of liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry. It is predicted that the degradation pathways are mainly demethylation and ring openings.
