摘要: 海水淡化装置在船舶上的应用越来越普遍,但缺少系统设计方法和运行测试方案。提出了一种船用海水淡化装置的设计方法,以10 m3/d装置设计为例,详细阐述了装置各单元的设计公式和参数,可为船用海水淡化装置的设计提供借鉴。对装置进行运行测试和分析,提出了优化设计内容和建议,以保证装置性能稳定可靠,使更适合船用化条件。

Abstract: The application of seawater desalination equipment on ships has been more and more prevalent,but defi-cient in system design projects and run test schemes. A kind of design method of seawater desalination equipment is proposed. Taking the design of 10 m3/d equipment as an example,the design formula and parameters of each unit are expounded in detail,providing reference for the design of seawater desalination equipment. The equipment has been subject to run tests and analyses,and optimized design content and suggestions have been put forward,so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment performances. Thus,the equipment is more suitable formarine conditions.
