聚合氯化钛在环丙沙星废水混凝处理中的应用

Application of poly titanium tetrachloride to the coagulation treatment of ciprofloxacin wastewater

摘要: 针对我国医药废水毒性大、难降解等问题,用慢速滴碱法制备了新型聚合氯化钛(PTC)絮凝剂,用红外光谱、扫描电镜分析其特征。研究了沉降时间、pH、PTC投加量、温度、共存离子对环丙沙星(CIP)废水混凝效果的影响。结果表明:在沉降时间为20 min,PTC投加量为107 mg/L,pH为6时,对CIP(50 mg/L)的去除率可达97%,且温度对混凝效果影响不大,克服了部分铝盐和铁盐低温下混凝效果不好的缺点。

Abstract: Since the pharmaceutical wastewater in China is characterized by high toxicity,refractory degradation,etc., a new type of poly titanium tetrachloride(PTC) coagulant has been prepared by the slow alkaline dropping method, and its characteristic analyzed by means of infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscopy. The influences of settling time,pH,dosage of PTC,temperature,and co-existing ions on the coagulation effect of ciprofloxacin(CIP) wastewater have been investigated. The results show that the removing rate of CIP(50 mg/L) is 97%,when the optimal conditions are as follows:the settling time is 20 min,PTC dosage 107 mg/L,and pH 6. However,the temperature of the wastewater only has little influence on the coagulation effect. The disadvantage that the coagulation effects of aluminum salts and iron salts at low temperature are not good can be overcome.
