摘要: 为了回收高锰酸钾废液中的锰,以高锰酸钾废液为研究对象,采用二硫代羧基化聚乙烯亚胺(DTPEI)作为锰回收剂,考察了强酸介质、pH、Mn(Ⅶ)初始浓度对DTPEI捕集锰的影响,并探寻了不同浸出液对锰的回收性能。结果表明,DTPEI在HCl、HNO3和H2SO4介质中对高锰酸钾溶液中的Mn(Ⅶ)均具有很好的捕集效果,最高捕集率接近100%。体系初始pH对DTPEI捕集锰的影响显著,pH为2.0~3.0时,锰的捕集效果较好,且随着体系pH的升高,达到较高捕集率所需DTPEI投加量明显减少;pH为4.0~6.0时,捕集效果有所降低。DTPEI对Mn(Ⅶ)初始浓度不同的含锰溶液均具有较好的捕集效果。沉淀物DTPEI-Mn采用H2SO4浸出液进行静态浸泡18 h后,锰的回收率可达99.5%。

Abstract: In order to recover manganese from potassium permanganate waste solutions, dithiocarboxyl polyethylenimine(DTPEI) has been used as manganese recovery agent. The influences of strong-acid media, pH and Mn(Ⅶ) initial concentration on the trapping capability of DTPEI for manganese from potassium permanganate aqueous solutions have been investigated. The recovery capability of different leaching solutions for manganese has also been investigated. The results show that DTPEI in strong-acid media, such as HCl,HNO3 and H2SO4, has very good manganese trapping effect on the Mn(Ⅶ) from potassium permanganate aqueous solution, and the highest trapping rate is close to 100% under optimal conditions. The initial pH in the system has significant influence on the trapping effect of DTPEI on manganese. When the pH is from 2.0 to 3.0, the trapping effect on manganese is comparatively good, and with the increase of system pH, the DTPEI dosage for meeting higher trapping rate is decreased obviously. When the pH is from 4.0 to 6.0, the trapping effect gets lower to some extent. DTPEI has good trapping effect on Mn(Ⅶ) solution with different initial concentration.After the precipitate DTPEI-Mn has been immersed in H2SO4 solution for 18 h, the recovery rate of manganese can reach 99.5%.
