屠宰及肉类加工废水处理现状及研究进展

Current situation and research progress of slaughter and meat processing wastewater treatment

摘要: 我国经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的显著提高,促使全球肉类生产量在过去30 a中翻了1倍,预计到2050年底将再次翻倍。据推算,我国屠宰及肉类加工企业年消耗约725.5万t标准煤和10.6亿t新鲜水,年产生废水8.2亿t。综述了国内外常见屠宰及肉类加工废水处理工艺的研究现状与发展趋势,并结合存在的问题对今后的发展方向和应用原则进行了总结,该研究旨在为屠宰及肉类加工废水处理工程的设计和相关研究提供参考。

关键词: 屠宰及肉类加工废水, 组合工艺, 脱氮除磷

Abstract: The output of global meat has been doubled within the past 30 years,mainly due to the rapid development of China's economy and the remarkable improvement of people's living standard. It is predicted that the output will be doubled again by the end of 2050. According to an estimation,the slaughter and meat processing enterprises in China consume approximately 7.255 million t/a of standard coal,1.06 billion t/a of fresh water,and produce approximately 820 million t/a of wastewater. The current situation and developing trend of the treatment processes of common slaughter and meat processing wastewater in China and abroad are summarized. Combining with existed problems, the future development trend and application principles are summarized too. The research intends to provide reference concerning development and relevant researches of the project on the treatment of slaughter and meat processing wastewater.
