硝基芳香化合物废水处理技术研究进展

Research progress on wastewater treatment technology of nitroaromatic compounds

摘要:

硝基芳香化合物是一类广泛应用于工业生产的工业化学品,具有生物毒性强、成分复杂、稳定性高等特点,若硝基芳香化合物废水直接进入环境将会对动植物及生态环境造成极大危害。从物理法(吸附法、萃取法、膜分离法)、化学法(电解法、Fenton法、臭氧氧化法、光催化法、膜催化法、湿法氧化法)、生物法(厌氧生物处理、好氧生物处理)、组合工艺4个方面,系统阐述了目前硝基芳香化合物废水处理技术的研究进展;结合最新研究报道以及相关实例,解析现有硝基芳香化合物废水处理技术的优缺点以及未来发展趋势;最后,根据硝基芳香化合物废水特性以及处理现状对未来的研究方向进行了展望,以期为针对硝基芳香化合物废水开发低成本、高效率、综合处理的新型处理技术提供科学依据和参考。

Abstract:

Nitroaromatic compounds are a kind of industrial chemicals widely used in industrial production. They have the characteristics of strong biological toxicity,complex components and high stability. If nitroaromatic compounds wastewater directly enter into the environment,they will cause great harm to animals,plants and ecological environment. This paper systematically expounded the research progress of current nitroaromatic wastewater treatment technology from four aspects:physical method(adsorption method,extraction method,membrane separation method),chemical method(electrolysis method,Fenton method,ozone oxidation method,photocatalysis method,membrane catalysis method,wet oxidation method),biological method(anaerobic biological treatment,aerobic biological treatment) and combined process. Combined with the latest research reports and related cases,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing nitroaromatic compounds wastewater treatment methods and the future development trend were analyzed. Finally,the future research direction was prospected according to the characteristics and treatment status of nitroaromatic compounds wastewater. It was expected to provide scientific basis and reference for the development of new treatment technology for nitroaromatic wastewater with low cost,high efficiency and comprehensive treatment.
