摘要:
针对安岳气田龙王庙组气藏气田水H2S、COD、氨氮及Cl-含量高等特点,优选了“氧化脱硫+微电解氧化+MVR”的气田水处理工艺,并在现场开展了中试试验。运行结果表明,该工艺能有效降低气田水中的COD、氨氮,可去除硫化物、全部钡离子以及大部分钙镁离子,处理后的气田水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)和《四川省水污染物排放标准》(DB 51/190—93)的一级标准。该工艺处理成本相对较低。

Abstract:
The gas field water produced from Longwangmiao Formation in Anyue gas field was characterized as high contents of hydrogen sulfide, COD, ammonia nitrogen and chloride. The process of 'oxidative desulfurization+microelectrolysis oxidation+MVR' was selected to treat the gas field water, and pilot experiments were carried out. The results of field experiments confirmed that the process effectively reduced the COD and ammonia nitrogen in the water, and removed the sulfide, all the barium ions and most of the calcium and magnesium ions. The quality of the treated gas field water met the Ⅰ-class criteria specified in the 'Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard'(GB 8978-1996) and the 'Sichuan Province Water Pollutant Discharge Standard'(DB 51/190-93). Besides, the cost of this process was relatively low.
