三室电渗析脱除MDEA废液中热稳定盐的试验研究

Removal of heat stable salt from MDEA wastewater by three-compartment electrodialysis

摘要:

在天然气或煤合成气行业中的脱硫系统中,N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液在吸附酸性气体过程中,与酸性气体反应会生成热稳定盐(HSS)。在双室电渗析装置基础上,增加NaOH室,构建三室电渗析装置。考察其对MDEA废液中HSS的脱除效果及MDEA损耗的情况。结果表明:NaOH质量分数为3%时,三室电渗析的HSS脱除率为82.66%,比双室电渗析提高了27.08%;MDEA损耗率降低到5.78%,比双室电渗析降低了15.30%;HSS脱除率随NaOH质量分数的上升而增加,MDEA损耗率随NaOH质量分数的上升而下降。

Abstract:

In the desulfurization system of natural gas or coal syngas industry, N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA) solution reacts with acidic gas to produce a heat stable salt(HSS) in the process of adsorbing acidic gas. Based on the two-compartment electrodialysis unit, a three-compartment electrodialysis unit was constructed by adding a NaOH compartment. The removal efficiency of HSS and the loss of MDEA from MDEA wastewater were investigated by using the three-compartment electrodialysis. The results show that when the NaOH mass fraction is 3%, the removal efficiency of HSS in three-compartment electrodialysis is 82.66%, which is 27.08% higher than that in two-compartment electrodialysis, the MDEA loss decreases to 5.78%, which is 15.30% lower than that in two-compartment electrodialysis. The removal efficiency of HSS increases with the increase of NaOH solution concentration, while the MDEA loss decreases with the increase of NaOH concentration.
