摘要:

燃煤电厂脱硫废水水量波动大、污染物成分复杂、处理难度大、处理成本高,开发经济高效的脱硫废水处理技术备受关注。综述了传统三联箱、厂内回用和零液体排放3类脱硫废水处理技术的特点,分析了实际工程案例中不同技术的处理效果、工艺参数边界特征、潜在影响及运行成本。实践表明,随着国家环保政策的节节加码,零液体排放技术是脱硫废水处理的主要发展趋势,降低投资与运行成本是未来的研发重点。

Abstract:

Desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants has the characteristics of high fluctuation of water volume and complex component. The treatment of desulfurization wastewater is challenging and costly. In this paper, the characteristics of three categories of desulfurization wastewater treatment technologies including traditional triplet-tank, in-plant reuse and zero liquid discharge technologies were summarized. According to the analyses of practical engineering applications, the treatment effects, technical parameter boundary characteristics, potential impact and operation cost of each treatment technology were discussed. With the increasingly strict discharge standard of desulfurization wastewater of national environmental protection policy, zero liquid discharge will be the main tendency of technology development for desulfurization wastewater treatment. Furthermore, reducing investment and operation cost will be the focus of future study.
