乙烯废碱液脱硫处理研究进展

摘要:

乙烯废碱液产自石油化工的核心工序,主要包括Na2S、硫醇、硫酚醚等污染物质,具有高碱度、高盐、高硫化物含量等特点,对水体和生态环境造成潜在威胁。总结了乙烯废碱液的产出过程、组成特点和处理重难点,分析了现有乙烯废碱液脱硫处理手段如直接处理法、中和法、氧化法、沉淀法、生物法及综合利用法等的工艺过程和技术特点。基于沉淀法脱硫和沉淀浮选技术,提出了矿物沉淀—浮选脱硫的协同处理技术原型,为乙烯废碱液的经济高效脱硫提供新思路。

Abstract:

Spent caustic liquid from ethylene cracking is produced from the core process of petrochemical industry, mainly including Na2S, mercaptan, thiophenol ether and other pollutants. It has the characteristics of high alkalinity, high salt concentration, high sulfide content and so on, which is a potential threat to water and ecological environment. The generation process, composition characteristics, key and difficult points of treatment of spent caustic liquid from ethylene cracking was summarized. The processes and technical characteristics of existing main desulfurization methods such as direct processing, neutralization, oxidation, precipitation, biological and comprehensive treatment were reviewed. Based on the precipitation desulfurization and precipitate flotation technology, a novel collaborative processing technology prototype on desulfurization spent caustic liquid from ethylene cracking by mineral precipitation and floatation separation was proposed, which provided a new idea for the cost-effective treatment of that waste liquid.
