Degradation of landfill leachate membrane concentrate by catalytic wet air oxidation on Ru/TiO2

摘要:

以商业化的柱状TiO2为载体,通过浸渍法制备了Ru/TiO2催化剂,并应用于湿式催化氧化处理垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液。通过单一因素试验确定了最佳工艺条件:反应温度为220℃,反应时间为2 h,空气量为理论空气量的120%,催化剂投加量为3 g/L,进水pH为9。在此最优工艺条件下,固定床连续装置连续运行240 h,COD、TN的去除率可分别稳定在80%、60%以上,催化剂性能稳定,活性组分流失少。垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液经过湿式催化氧化处理后,废水BOD5/COD由0.03提高到0.3~0.4,可生化性得到了明显地改善。

Abstract:

Ru/TiO2 catalyst was prepared via impregnation method by supporting Ru on commercial columnar TiO2 supports, which was applied to degrading landfill leachate membrane concentrate by catalytic wet air oxidation. Based on single-factor experiments, the optimum conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature 220℃, the reaction time 2 h, the amount of air 120% of theoretical air demand, the dosage of catalyst 3 g/L, and pH 9. The continuous reaction was operated on a fixed bed reactor for 240 h under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of COD and TN were above 80% and 60% respectively, and the catalyst exhibited high stability in terms of the low loss of active components. After catalytic wet air oxidation treatment of landfill leachate membrane concentrate, BOD5/COD increased from 0.03 to 0.3-0.4, indicating the wastewater biodegradability significantly improved.
