里氏木霉强化菌藻颗粒污泥性能及类藻酸盐提取

The performance of Trichoderma reesei enhanced bacterial-algal granular sludge and alginate like exopolysacides extraction

摘要:

为探究里氏木霉对菌藻颗粒污泥(ABGS)性能的影响,通过ABGS反应器对水中污染物的去除效果反映污泥性能及其稳定性。设计两组序批式反应器(SBR),探究厌氧/好氧+光暗周期条件对菌藻共生系统的作用,两反应器共运行90 d,P1反应器于运行第30天投加里氏木霉,P2反应器作对照。结果发现,P1反应器对NH4 +-N、TN、TP和COD的去除率分别稳定在95%、70%、75%和98%,里氏木霉对ABGS的稳定性和污染物去除性能有显著增强作用。同时,ABGS胞外蛋白质和多糖含量增加,基于胞外聚合物(EPS)假说,也证实P1反应器中ABGS较P2反应器更加稳定。ABGS的EPS中含有大量高附加值产物,采用高温热碱法成功从ABGS中提取到类藻酸盐(ALE),1 t污泥可以回收64.5 kg左右ALE,证实ABGS拥有极高的资源回收价值。

Abstract:

To investigate the effect of Trichoderma reesei on the performance of bacterial-algae granular sludge(ABGS), the removal efficiency of pollutants in water by ABGS reactor was used to reflect the sludge performance and stability. Two sets of sequencing batch reactors(SBR) were experimentally designed to investigate the effects of anaerobic/aerobic+light/dark cycle conditions on the symbiotic system of bacteria and algae. Two reactors were operated for a total of 90 days. On the 30th day of operation, the P1 reactor was fed with Trichoderma reesei, while the P2 reactor was used as a control. The results showed that the removal rates of NH4 +-N, TN, TP, and COD by the P1 reactor were stable at 95%, 70%, 75%, and 98%, respectively. Trichoderma reesei significantly enhanced the stability and pollutant removal performance of ABGS. At the same time, the content of extracellular proteins and polysaccharides in ABGS increased. Based on the extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) hypothesis, it was also confirmed that ABGS was more stable in the P1 reactor than in the P2 reactor. The EPS of ABGS contained a large amount of high value-added products. Alginate like exopolysacides(ALE) were successfully extracted from ABGS using high-temperature thermal alkali method. About 64.5 kg ALE could be recovered from 1 ton sludge, proving that ABGS had extremely high resource recovery value.
