Construction of wastewater traceability and early warning system in industrial park based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy

摘要:

工业园区企业废水中通常含有有毒有害物质,这些物质对以生物处理技术为核心的污水处理厂的废水处理效能会造成显著影响。三维荧光光谱技术已经被广泛用来表征水体中污染物的特性,并示踪其来源。因此,建立基于三维荧光光谱特征的工业园区废水溯源及预警体系对工业园区污水排放管理具有重要意义。基于某工业园区废水来源示踪和监管需求,采用Umi(React+Ant Design)前端技术和Golang语言后端架构(结合MySQL数据库),建立以三维荧光光谱特征为基础,涵盖其他特征指标,如重金属、持久性有机污染物、紫外光谱、阴阳离子特征等的工业园区废水溯源和预警体系,实现对园区污水排放的精细化管控。该系统旨在实现废水排放数据的高效管理、存储与查询,从而支持废水来源的精准示踪和监管。系统构建后,采集了3个工业园区10家典型企业的外排废水及管网混合废水,通过分析其三维荧光光谱特征及其他理化指标,对所构建系统进行压力测试,发现不同企业废水特征明显,混合管网废水的三维荧光光谱采用平行因子法解析后,仍然能找到原始废水的三维荧光特征峰,构建的废水溯源和预警体系具有很好的实用性。

Abstract:

Wastewater from industrial parks usually contains toxic and hazardous substances that would impact the treatment efficiency of wastewater treatment plants featured by biological treatment technologies. Three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy has been widely used to characterize the characteristics of pollutants in water bodies and trace their sources. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a traceability and early warning system for industrial park wastewater based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy characteristics for the management of industrial park wastewater discharge. Based on the traceability and supervision needs of wastewater sources in an industrial park, this study used Umi(React+Ant Design) front-end technology and Golang language back-end architecture(combined with MySQL database) to establish a traceability and early warning system for wastewater based on the characteristics of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and other characteristic indicators, such as heavy metals, persistent organic pollutants, ultraviolet spectroscopy,anion and cation characteristics, etc., so as to realize the refined control of sewage discharge in the park. The system was designed to enable efficient management, storage, and query of wastewater discharge data, thereby supporting accurate tracing and monitoring of wastewater sources. Finally, the discharged wastewater and pipe network wastewater of 10 typical enterprises in the three industrial parks were collected, and the three-dimensional fluorescence spectral characteristics and other physical and chemical indicators were analyzed to stress test of the constructed system. The results showed that the characteristics of wastewater in different enterprises were obvious, and the three-dimensional fluorescence characteristic peaks of the original wastewater could still be found after the parallel factor method being used to analyze the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of the wastewater in the mixed pipe network. The wastewater traceability and early warning system constructed had good practicability.
