摘要:
己酸乙酯生产过程中产生的废水具有高COD、低pH、高氨氮和高总氮等特征,高浓度废水(己酸生产工艺废水)采用“中和+铁碳微电解+中和-絮凝沉淀”工艺预处理后,与低浓度废水(己酸乙酯合成工艺废水)混合,而后采用“中和+UASB+A/O+二沉池”工艺处理。工程设计处理规模为160 m3/d(高浓度废水25 m3/d,低浓度废水135 m3/d)。铁碳微电解工艺可有效降解难降解有机物并提高废水可生化性,UASB可实现COD的高效厌氧降解,A/O工艺可确保深度脱氮效果。最终出水COD、NH3-N、TN、SS分别稳定低于300、30、50、150 mg/L,pH维持在6~9,满足河南省《化工行业水污染物间接排放标准》(DB 41/1135—2016)表1要求。该组合工艺具有处理效率高、运行稳定、运行成本低、管理方便等优点,可为具有类似特征的废水处理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:
The wastewater generated during the production of ethyl hexanoate was characterized by high COD, low pH, high ammonia nitrogen, and high total nitrogen. The high-concentration wastewater (from the hexanoic acid production process) was pretreated by “neutralization+iron-carbon micro-electrolysis+neutralization-coagulating sedimentation” process, and then mixed with the low-concentration wastewater (from the ethyl hexanoate synthesis process). The mixed wastewater was treated by “neutralization+UASB+A/O+secondary sedimentation tank” process. The designed treatment capacity of the project was 160 m³/d, including 25 m³/d for high-concentration wastewater and 135 m³/d for low-concentration wastewater. The iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process effectively degraded refractory organic compounds and improved wastewater biodegradability. The UASB achieved efficient anaerobic degradation of COD, and the A/O process ensured advanced nitrogen removal. The final effluent COD, NH3-N, TN, and SS were consistently below 300, 30, 50, and 150 mg/L, respectively, with pH maintained between 6 and 9, meeting the requirements of Table 1 in the Indirect Emission Standard of Pollutants in Chemical Industry(DB 41/1135—2016) of Henan provincial standard. This combined process exhibited high treatment efficiency, stable operation, low operating costs and convenient management features, making it a valuable reference for similar wastewater treatment scenarios.
