含对甲砜基苯甲酸高浓废水处理实例

摘要:

山东某精细化工厂生产废水水质复杂,具有高COD、高氨氮、可生化性差等特点,且废水中含有一股高浓度的对甲砜基苯甲酸废水,该股废水毒性强,处理难度大。综合废水需进行处理达标后纳管排放。中试采用分类收集处理,除甲砜基苯甲酸废水之外的综合废水采用水解酸化-上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)-改良型两级A/O-二沉池工艺进行处理;对甲砜基苯甲酸废水单独进行铁碳微电解-Fenton耦合预处理后超越厌氧单元,直接进入改良型两级A/O-二沉池处理。投产运行结果表明,采用的工艺可达到良好的处理效果,污水站出水COD、NH3-N、TN的平均去除率分别达到了89%、98%、83%,废水处理装置能够稳定达标运行,出水满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)中A级标准。

Abstract:

The wastewater from a fine chemical factory in Shandong has a complex water quality,which has the characteristics of high COD, high NH3-N and poor biodegradability,and also contains a stream of high-concentration wastewater of p-methylsulfonylbenzoic acid,this stream of wastewater is highly toxic and difficult to be treated. The comprehensive wastewater needs to be treated to meet standards before being discharged through pipes. The pilot test adopted classified collection and treatment,hydrolysis acidification-UASB-improved two-stage A/O-secondary sedimentation tank was adopted to treat the comprehensive wastewater except the stream of p-methylsulfonylbenzoic acid wastewater. Iron carbon microelectrolysis-Fenton coupling process was adopted to pretreat the p-methylsulfonylbenzoic acid wastewater separately. After pretreatment,the p-methylsulfonylbenzoic acid wastewater entered to improved two-stage A/O-secondary sedimentation tank directly without the anaerobic process. The results of production and operation indicated that the adopted process could achieve good treatment effect,the average removal rates of COD,NH3-N,TN reached above 89%,98%,83% respectively. The wastewater treatment device could operate stably and meet the A-level standard of " Wastewater quality standards for discharge to municipal sewers "(GB/T 31962—2015).
