多效蒸发-生化处理-膜系统综合治理有机硅废水工程实例

摘要:

有机硅生产废水水质水量不稳定,且具有高盐、低pH、难降解等特点,处理难度大,具有工程挑战性。某有机硅生产企业采用“分质预处理+多效蒸发+水解酸化+改进A/O+深度处理+膜系统”的组合工艺处理有机硅生产废水。先对高浓废水进行分类收集和分质预处理,经预处理后相对稳定的高浓废水进入多效蒸发系统脱盐,蒸发凝液与低浓废水混合为综合废水,综合废水再依次进入生化系统和深度处理系统去除COD,最终进入膜系统深度除盐,出水可满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)中A级标准以及《石油化工工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571—2015)中的特别排放限值(间接排放),出水COD≤100 mg/L,氯离子质量浓度≤500 mg/L,直接运行费用31.69元/m³。工程实践证明,该组合工艺处理效果好,运行稳定且抗冲击负荷能力较强,可为其他有机硅废水处理提供参考。

Abstract:

The quality and quantity of organic silicon production wastewater are unstable, and has the characteristics of high salt content, low pH, and low biodegradability, so it is difficult to treat and challenging to engineering. A certain organic silicon production enterprise adopted a combination process of "pretreatment+multi-effect evaporation+hydrolysis+improved A/O+advanced treatment+membrane" to treat production wastewater. Firstly, the high concentration wastewater was classified and collected, and pretreated according to its quality. After pre-treatment, the relatively stable high concentration wastewater entered the multi-effect evaporation system for desalination. The evaporation condensate was mixed with low concentration wastewater to form comprehensive wastewater. The comprehensive wastewater then entered the biochemical system and advanced treatment system to remove COD, and finally entered the membrane system for advanced desalination. The effluent COD concentration was lower than 100 mg/L, chloride was lower than 500 mg/L, which could meet the A standard of Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers(GB/T 31962-2015) and the special emission restrictions(indirect emissions) of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Chemistry Industry(GB 31571-2015). The system direct operational cost was about 31.69 yuan/m³. This combination process showed good treatment effect with stable operation and strong shock load resistance, which could provide reference for other silicon production wastewater treatment.
