摘要:

漆酶作为一种氧化还原酶,在染料废水处理领域中展现出良好的应用前景。然而,游离态漆酶在使用过程中存在稳定性差、活性损失快、难以重复使用等问题,限制了其实际应用效果和可持续性。固定化技术是通过物理或化学方法将游离态漆酶固定于载体材料上,可有效提升其稳定性与重复利用性,同时在一定程度上增强对染料废水的脱色效果。综述了几种常见的漆酶固定化方法和载体材料,分析其特点与适用性。总结了固定化漆酶在染料废水处理中的应用效果及影响因素。最后,对当前固定化漆酶技术在应用过程中所面临的问题进行了总结,并对今后固定化漆酶的发展提出了展望。

Abstract:

Laccase, as an oxidoreductase, shows a promising application prospect in the field of dye wastewater treatment. However, free laccase has problems such as poor stability, rapid loss of activity and difficulty in reuse, which limits its practical application effect and sustainability. Immobilization technology involves immobilizing free laccase onto carrier materials through physical or chemical methods, which can effectively enhance their stability and reusability, and to a certain extent, improve the decolorization effect on dye wastewater. This article reviewed several common laccase immobilization methods and carrier materials, and analyzed their characteristics and applicability. The application effect and influencing factors of immobilized laccase in the treatment of dye wastewater were summarized. Finally, the problems faced by the current immobilized laccase technology in the application process were summarized, and the prospects for the future development of immobilized laccase were proposed.
