摘要:
针对油田采出水多介质过滤系统处理不达标及改造难度高等问题,通过构建多相流耦合过滤动力学模型,系统探究了滤层厚度与粒径比(L/d 10)及清洁滤床最大吸附力(Fz )与深度过滤性能及反冲洗再生效率的相关性,旨在通过分析L/d 10或Fz 调整滤床级配改善过滤性能。结果表明,L/d 10、Fz 能表征过滤性能及反冲洗效果,其中Fz 对复杂过滤体系的适用性更优,而L/d 10因参数易获取更适用于现场快速诊断,并首次提出了油田采出水悬浮物和含油质量浓度均低于2 mg/L的深度过滤下,L/d 10的最优区间为1 600~2 100,Fz 的合理范围为200~1 567 kN。研究结果为油田采出水处理工艺优化提供了关键参数选择依据与理论支撑。

Abstract:
To address the prevalent challenges of substandard treatment and modification difficulties in oilfield produced water multi-media filtration systems, by constructing a multiphase flow-coupled filtration dynamics model, this study systematically investigated the mechanisms of filter bed thickness-to-particle size ratio L/d 10 and maximum adsorption capacity of clean filter beds Fz on deep filtration performance and backwash regeneration efficiency, aiming to optimize filtration efficacy through strategic filter bed gradation adjustment based on the analysis of L/d 10 or Fz . The results demonstrated that both L/d 10 and Fz significantly correlated with filtration performance and backwash effectiveness. Notably, Fz exhibited superior applicability in complex filtration systems, whereas L/d 10 proved more practical for rapid field diagnostics due to its parameter accessibility. For the first time, this study established the optimal L/d 10 range 1 600-2 100 and recommended Fz operational window 200-1 567 kN for achieving effluent suspended solids and oil content below 2 mg/L in deep filtration scenarios. These findings provided critical parameter selection criteria and theoretical foundations for optimizing oilfield wastewater treatment processes.
