高浓度染料废水的预处理

摘要:

碱性品红,酸性媒介藏青RRN,酸性媒介红S-80,三种染料废水均具有高CODCr、高色度、有机物含量复杂且不易被微生物降解等特点。本实验所用三种染料废水混合后CODCr高达37000mg/L左右,色度高达100000倍左右。本实验先将三种废水进行预沉淀等处理,然后按照10∶1∶1的比例混合,经两级混凝沉淀后,其CODCr降至5000mg/L左右,色度降至4000倍左右。并对其进一步处理做了有意义的尝试。

Abstract:

The dyes wastewater of magent a fuchsine、acid chromeming blue RRN and acid chrome fast red S-80 are all cha racterized by high CODCr, high colority,complication of organic components,and they are not easy to be biodeg rated.CODCr of the mixed wastewater in this experiment is as high as about 37000 mg / L, and colority is as high as 100000 times.I n this experiment, these three kinds of dyes wastewater of fuchsine, RRN and S-80 are predeposited individually before being mixed in the ratio of 10∶1∶1.In terms of two steps of coagulation-sedimentation, CODCr of the mixed wastewater is reduced to about 5 000 mg / g while the colority is reduced to about 4000 times.Some meaningful experiments were also made for further treatment of these kinds of dyes wastewater.
