摘要:

对天津钢管公司管加工厂排放的乳化液废水和磷化锌废水的原有处理工艺进行了改造,采用隔油-破乳-气浮-混凝沉淀-过滤等工艺处理后,可达标排放,且对纯乳化液废水也能单独处理。

Abstract:

The treatment of emulsified wastewater and Zn3(PO4)2 wastewater from the processing factories of Tianjin Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The previous technologies such as separating oil,demulsification,air floatation,coagulation sedimentation,filtration and so on have been reformed.The results show that the discharge meets the relevant standards.In addition,the emulsified wastewater can also be treated by the above process.
