摘要：

煤粉喷嘴是水泥回转窑的主要燃烧设备,喷嘴所受辐射温度 110 0～ 12 0 0℃,因此,喷嘴在工作过程中需进行水冷却,而水冷装置的结垢问题,直接影响设备安全稳定的运行。在煤粉喷嘴实现冷却水循环使用的同时,在冷却水中加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠和栲胶,可以保证水冷煤粉喷嘴无垢运行和节约大量水资源。此方法经济实用,优于其他水处理方法。

Abstract:

As the main burning equipment of the cement rotary kiln, the cool powder spray nozzle needs water cooling while it is working. But the scale problem in the water cooling equipment will directly influence its running safety. Putting sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and tanning extracts into the cooling water can make the spray nozzle work without scale, saving a lot of water. This method is economical, practical, and superior to the others.
