低压脉冲阻垢技术的试验研究

Study on the low-voltaged impulse anti-scaling technology

摘要:

很多工业部门都使用热交换系统,系统内的结垢非常普遍。对分别采用直流电流和脉冲电流时的阻垢效果进行了研究,结果表明,当采用直流电流时,在 0 - 4 V范围内,电压越高,阻垢效果越显著,4V时阻垢率为100%。与直流电流相比,在有效电压或功率相等的情况下,脉冲电流阻垢效果大大优于直流电流。脉冲波型参数对处理效果有一定影响,脉冲阻垢技术是电子阻垢技术的一个重要的发展方向。

Abstract:

Heat exchangers are employed in many industries, and scaling is very common in these situations. The anti scaling effect of district current and impulse current have been studied, the results show that in the range of 0~4 V,the higher the voltage, the better anti scaling effect. The anti scaling rate is 100% when the voltage is 4V. Compared with district current, when the effective voltage or power is the same, the anti scaling effect of impulse current is much better than that of district current. The anti scaling effect is influenced by the impulse parameters,and the impulse anti scaling technology is a very important developing direction of electronic anti scaling technique.
