摘要：

1-羟基亚乙基-1，1-二膦酸酸洗后的预膜液的选择较少有人研究，而适当的预膜钝化是防止酸洗后金属表面返锈的必要措施．所以选择碳酸钠、亚硝酸钠、三聚磷酸钠及六偏磷酸钠作为主要研究对象，采取电化学和微观分析等手段对1-羟基亚乙基-1，1-二膦酸酸洗后的预膜钝化方案进行了实验探讨．

Abstract:

Up to now, only a few research groups work on the selection of passivation after acid cleaning by 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic, though passivation is the necessary procedure to protect the surface of the acid cleaned metals from rerusting. This passage uses electrochemical and microanalytical methods to study the passivation projects after acid cleaning of HEDP, with Na₂CO₃, NaNO₂, Na₃PO₄ and (NaPO₃)₆ as main objects.
