聚天冬氨酸用于冲灰水闭路循环的阻垢试验研究

Experimental researches on the scale inhibition of ash-water closed circulation by using polyaspartic acid

摘要:

对冲灰水回用系统的结垢原因进行了分析,选用无毒、具有生物降解性能的聚天冬氨酸作为阻垢剂用于华能岳阳电厂的冲灰水回水系统。实验室试验及现场的运行结果表明,该阻垢剂对冲灰水回用系统具有较好的阻垢效果。利用扫描电镜及X-衍射对其阻垢机理进行了研究。

Abstract:

The reason of scale formed in the ash-water recovering system is analys ed.The scale inhibitor polyaspartic acid which is nontoxic and characteristic of biodegradability is applied to the ash-water recovering system in Huaneng Yuey ang Power Plant.Tests in laboratory and on the spot show that it has good effect on the ash-water recovering system.Its inhibition mechanism has been studied by using scan electromicroscope and X-diffraction
