采油厂注水系统腐蚀研究与控制

摘要:

分析了吉林油田红岗采油厂注水生产系统设备腐蚀的原因,研究了各主要腐蚀因素对设备的腐蚀作用。通过对注水水质、油田伴生气和溶解性气体、微生物生长情况及腐蚀垢样成分的分析,确定了造成系统腐蚀的主要原因为硫酸盐还原菌长期滋生造成的微生物诱导腐蚀。通过药剂筛选及现场应用试验证明:杀菌剂TS-780不仅具有良好的杀菌性能,同时表现出良好的缓蚀效果,能有效地解决该油田注水系统长期存在的细菌腐蚀问题。

Abstract:

The reasons that caused the equipment corrosion problems in the water injection system in Jilin Honggang Oil Production Plant have been analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis of the water quality of the injected water, oil field produced gas and dissolved gas, bacteria growth condition and the component of the corrosion deposits, as well as the comprehensive consideration of the technical situation on the spot, it is finally affirmed that the main reson which caused the equipment corrosion was due to the bacteria corrosion. It was a result of a long term sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) breeding. Through the selection of chemicals and field experiments, it is proved that Bactericide, TS 780 is good not only for killing bacteria but also for inhabiting corrosion. It can solve the bacteria corrosion problem efficiently in the water injection system in oil fields.
