摘要:

介绍了电厂凝汽器不停机清洗工艺的研究成果。通过模拟试验的方法研制出适用于电厂凝汽器不停机清洗的专用清洗剂,在此基础上,对清洗工艺参数作了全面的研究分析。研究结果和清洗实践表明,研制的不停机专用复合清洗剂具有高效无毒,对钢管、钢材、水塔、填料等腐蚀性小等特点。利用该清洗剂对电厂凝汽器不停机实施清洗效果好,经济效益显著,不会对汽水系统产生不良影响,对环境污染小。

Abstract:

The research results of on-line cleaning technology for the condenser is introduced.The special cleaning agent is suitable for on-line cleaning of condenser by means of simulating test, on the basis of which, the overall ana-lysis and research on the parameters of cleaning technology are made.Research results and cleaning practice indicate that the characteristics of the composite cleaning agent can be used especially for on-line cleaning.It is highly efficient nonpoisonous and weak corrosive to copper tube, steel materials, water tower and fillers.A good cleaningeffect and notable economical benefit can be obtained.Using the cleaning agent for on-line cleaning of condenser will not cause bad influence on the steam-water system and environmental pollution.
