内电解—气浮—水解酸化—SBR工艺在机械加工废水治理中的应用

Application of inner electrolys is - aeration - hydrolyzation & acidification - SBR technology in mechanical processing wastewater treatment

摘要:

通过采用内电解—气浮—水解酸化—SBR工艺对伊顿流体动力(济宁)有限公司机械加工废水进行处理的工程实例,总结了系统的设计、调试和对运行的体会。根据实测,在进水CODCr为1500-3000 mg/L条件下,经该系统处理,出水清澈透明,水质指标均达到GB 8978—1996中的一级标准,符合南水北调水质要求。出水CODCr均在60 mg/L以下,去除率达到97%以上。

Abstract:

The mechanical processing wastewater of Eaton hydraulics system(Jining) Co.,LTD.is treated by "inner electrolysis-aeration-hydrolyzation & acidification-SBR" technology.Some experiences in design,test and operation of wastewater treatment system are summarized.According to actual instances,after the inletting water(CODCr 1500—3000 mg/L) is treated by this system,the clear yielding water quality reaches the primary standard of GB 8978—1996 and agrees to the requirements of South-to-North water transfer.The CODCr of all yielding water is under 60 mg/L,and removal ratio of CODCr is above 97%.
