Application of dispersing type cationic polyacrylamide synthesized in aqueous medium to the treatment of pharmacy wastewater

摘要:

研究了水介质分散型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺水处理剂在硫酸庆大霉素制药废水处理中的应用。实验室和现场实验的研究结果表明:水介质分散型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺用于硫酸庆大霉素制药废水气浮和压滤的处理工艺中,气浮出水浮渣少,水清,COD由49200mg/L下降到11850mg/L,去除率达75.9%;SS由75300mg/L降至950mg/L,去除率达98.7%;压滤泥饼含水率小于75%。

Abstract:

The aqueous-medium dispersing type polyacrylamide and its application in the treatment of the wastewater from making gentamycin sulfate are described. The results show that, when using polyacrylamide as dehydration and coagulant of air floating and press-filtering in the treatment of wastewater of producing gentamycin sulfate, the dross is little and the water is clean;COD decreases from 49 200 mg/L to 11 850 mg/L,its removal efficiency reaches 75.9%; SS decreases from 75 300 mg/L to 950 mg/L, and its removal efficiency reaches 98.7% while the water content rate of the filter cake is less than 75%.
