US/Fenton氧化—混凝法对焦化废水的预处理研究

Study on pretreatment of coking wastewater by US /Fenton oxidation and coagulation

摘要:

采用US/Fenton氧化—混凝法对高浓度焦化废水进行预处理。考察了对处理效果的影响因素,确定了最适工艺条件。结果表明,在超声波功率500 W,H2O2投加质量浓度为6.0 g/L,Fe2+为400 mg/L,pH 3,Al2(SO4)3、PAM投加量分别为480、4.0 mg/L的条件下,COD、NH3-N、CN-和色度的去除率分别达75.1%、53.4%、62.8%和83.1%,废水的COD由处理前的4 799 mg/L降至1 195 mg/L,BOD/COD由0.196提高到0.373,出水可生化性良好。US/Fenton氧化—混凝法可作为高浓度焦化废水的一种有效的预处理方法。

Abstract:

US/Fenton oxidation-coagulation process has been employed to pretreat highly concentrated coking wastewater. The effect of H2O2 concentration, Fe 2+ dosage, pH, oxidation reaction time, Al2(SO43 and PAMdosage on the treatment efficiency are investigated. The optimum process conditions are determined. The results showthat when the US power is 500 W, H2O2 concentration is 6.0 g/L, Fe2+ dosage is 400 mg/L, pH is 3, Al2(SO4)3 dosage is 480 mg/Land PAM concentration is 4.0 mg/L, the removal efficiency of COD, NH3-N, CN and chroma are 75.1%, 53.4%, 62.8%and83.1%, respectively. CODdecreasesfrom4 799 mg/Lto1 195 mg/L, and BOD/CODratioincreases from 0.196 to 0.373 altogether. The effluent from US/Fenton oxidation-coagulation process can be disposed by biological treatment. US/Fenton oxidation-coagulation process is a valid pretreatment method for highly concentrated coking wastewater.
