上向汇流生物滤池应用于机务段废水回用处理

Application of BIOFOR to locomotive depot wastewater reuse treatment

摘要:

介绍了鹰潭机务段含油废水气浮处理工序后,应用上向汇流生物滤池(BIOFOR)将废水进一步生化处理,经消毒杀菌回用于机务段洗车。结果表明:BIOFOR可有效去除废水中的浊度、COD和SS,系统出水COD<40mg/L,SS<10 mg/L,浊度<8.2 NTU,达到了《铁路回用水水质标准》TB/T 3007—2000的一类标准。

Abstract:

BIOFOR serving as biochemistry process to treat oil-bearing wastewater after floatation procedure in Yingtan Locomotive Depot is described, and the wastewater is reused as locomotive washing water through disinfection. The results showthat the BIOFOR unit can remove effectively the great mass of turbidity, COD and SS. System effluent water COD, SS are less than 40 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively, and the turbidity is less than 8.2 NTU. The effluent meets Class 1 of 《Railway Reused Water Quality Standard》TB/T3007—2000.
