摘要:
以天门冬氨酸热缩聚为聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI), 然后与氨基乙磺酸反应合成聚天门冬氨酸接枝共聚物, 将此共聚物与PBTCA、高效无磷分散剂复配为反渗透阻垢剂。通过静态阻垢、全循环动态试验测定其阻垢性能, 结果表明, 此反渗透阻垢剂具有优异的阻垢分散性能, 是一种适用于我国北方地区高硬度水质的反渗透阻垢剂。

Abstract:
A kind of scale inhibitor used in reverse osmosis systems has been studied to prevent scaling on the membrane. Aspartic acid is pyrocondensed to form polysuccinimide which reacts with taurine to form polyaspartic acid graft copolymer. Polyaspartic acid graft copolymer, PBTCA and dispersant are compounded to form this kind of scale inhibitor used in reverse osmosis systems. The rate of scale inhibition of the polymer is determined by static and dynamic scale inhibition tests. The results showthat the compound has excellent scale inhibition and dispersion performances. It is a kind of scale inhibitor used in reverse osmosis systems especially suitable for the water with high hardness in North China.
