预氧化剂强化去除太湖区地表水中铁锰的对比试验研究

Research on Mn & Fe removal from the surface water in Taihu Lake Area with several preoxidants

摘要:

针对太湖区地表水源水铁、锰含量高的问题, 选择高锰酸盐、二氧化氯和过氧化氢三种预氧化剂对其进行除铁、锰的预处理。试验结果表明:高锰酸盐投加质量浓度为0.45 mg/L时, 铁、锰的去除率分别为75%、85%, 制水成本增加0.007元/t, 采用二氧化氯预处理, 其投加质量浓度为1.5 mg/L时, 铁、锰的去除率分别为75%、79%, 制水成本增加0.093元/t, 而过氧化氢投加质量浓度4 mg/L时, 铁、锰的去除率分别为66.7%、41.7%, 在最佳投量下, 过氧化氢增加制水成本为0.12元/t。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems that the contents of iron & manganese in the surface source water of Taihu Lake are high, the preoxidants, permanganate composite chemicals (PPC), ClO2 and H2O2 are used for the pretreatment of iron and manganese removal. The results showthat in the pretreatment, by permanganate preoxidation with a dosage of 0.45 mg/L, the removal rates of iron and manganese are 75% and 85%, and the cost of water production increases 0.007 $ /t; and by ClO2 preoxidation with a dosage of 1.5 mg/L, the removal rates of iron & manganese are 75% and 79%, and the cost of water production increases 0.093 $ /t. But by H2O2 preoxidation with a dosage of 4 mg/L, the removal rates of iron and manganese are the highest: 66.7% and 41.7% respectively. With the optimum dosage, H2O2 increases the water production cost 0.12 $ /t.
