吡哆醛缩氨基硫脲荧光光度法测定微量汞

Determination of tracemercury with pyridoxal-thiose micarbazone by fluorophoto metry

摘要:

合成了荧光试剂吡哆醛缩氨基硫脲,该试剂与汞离子能形成配合物,从而使该试剂在激发波长λex和发射波长em分别为380nm、485nm时产生荧光熄灭。利用此配合反应建立了汞的分析方法,汞量在0~100μg/L范围内与ΔIF成线性关系,检测限为0.011μg/L,测得的相对标准偏差为1.35%,考察了20余种共存组分的干扰情况。该方法被成功地应用于测定污水与污泥中痕量的汞。

Abstract:

Fluorescence reagent pyridoxal- thiose micarbazone is synthesized.This reagent canformcoordiationcompound with mercury, soasto make this reagent produce fluorescenceextinction,whenit isat λex=380nm,λem=485nm. Making use of this reaction,the analytical method of mercuryissoset up. When the ercurycontentis within the range of 0- 100μg/L, it is linear with ΔIF. The detec tabilityis0.011μg/L. There lativest and arddeviationdetectedis1.35%. Morethan20kindsofcoexistent componentshavebeeninvestigated. Thismethodhas been successfully applied to the determination of tracemercuryin wastewater and sludge.
