6-硝基-苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯光度法测定锌(Ⅱ)

摘要:

在pH10.0的Na2B2O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,非离子乳化剂OP存在下,6-硝基-苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(NBTDAA)能与锌发生显色反应,据此建立了测定微量锌的新的光度法。结果表明,在实验条件下,NBTDAA与Zn(Ⅱ)反应生成2∶1稳定络合物,其最大吸收波长为510nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.75×104L/(mol·cm)。锌含量在0 ̄0.6mg/L内符合比尔定律。该方法用于测定电镀废水中微量锌,结果与5-Br-DMPAP光度法相符,6次测定值的RSD<4%。

Abstract:

A new spectrophoto metric method for the determination of tracezinc(Ⅱ) has been developed. It is basedon the effect of zinc(Ⅱ) on the colorating reaction of nitroben zothia zolyldia zoaminoa zobenzene(NBTDAA) whenthe pH of Na2B2O7- NaOH buffer solutionis 10.0 in the presence of the non-ionicsurfactant OP. Theresultsshow that NBTDAA couldreact with Zn(Ⅱ) to for mastable2∶1complex. It sabsorption maximumis 510nmand its apparent molar absorptivityis 5.75×104L/(mol·cm) under this experimental conditions. Beer’slawisobeyedinrange of 0- 0.6mg/Lfor zinc. This method has been applied to the determination of tracezincinelectroplating wastewater, and its results are in good agreement with those provided by 5- Br- DMPAPspectrophoto metric method with precision of RSD<4%(n=6).
