火力发电厂铜材质使用现状及对策

摘要:

分析了铜及合金在火力发电厂凝汽器、发电机冷却水系统等换热设备的应用前景。指出了铜材质在凝汽器的使用中存在铜管的选材及安装不当、使用管理不到位及停运腐蚀等问题,一旦发生腐蚀、结垢,将造成机组出力减少甚至被迫停机等事故。发电机冷却水系统存在氧、二氧化碳腐蚀和电导率控制困难等问题。提出了合理选材、加强水质控制和处理、做好停运保护等解决办法。对实际运行有较好的指导作用。

Abstract:

The application prospect of copper and it salloyinheat exchange equipment of power plants, suchasgenerator condenser andcooling water system, etc. isanalysed. It ispointedout that the rearesome problemsinthe application of copper materialsin condensers, i. e. improper copper pipeselection and installation, impropermanagement, stoppingrunning and corrosion. As soonas corrosion and scaling happen, accidents, suchaspower reduction or evenstop operation, will takeplace. The reareproblems, suchas oxygen and carbon dioxidecorrosion, difficulties in conductance rate controlling and harms resulted fromim proper treatment, in thegenerator coolingwater system. Solutions, suchasselecting materials properly, enhancing water quality controlandtreatment, and preparing protective measures for stopoperations, areofguiding importance.
