活性粉煤灰在二级出水中的除磷试验

Experiment on removing phosphorus in secondary effluent by activated fly ash

摘要:

利用工业废弃物粉煤灰制备活性粉煤灰除磷剂AFA,将AFA与传统的砂滤工艺相结合,用于二级出水中磷的去除。结果表明:当AFA投加量为100mg/L时,可确保滤后水中磷质量浓度<1mg/L,达到GB18918—2002中一级标准。投药后预沉淀1min可显著延缓水头损失的增加。在无预沉淀、滤速32m/h的工艺条件下滤床则极易堵塞。水头损失分析显示,过滤中大部分携磷微粒被截留于厚度为160mm的滤床上层。

Abstract:

Activated fly ash(AFA) is prepared by waste fly ash. AFA combinated with sand filtration process has been used for removing phosphorus in secondary effluent. The results show that the phosphorus concentration is always less than 1 mg/L at AFA dosage of 100 mg/L and meets the first class standard of GB 18918—2002. Preprecipitation could reduce the headloss rate. When the filtration rate is 32 m/h and there is no pre-precipitation, the filtration bed is easy to be clogged. Headloss analysis suggests that the particles carrying phosphorus are accumulated in the upper layer with the depth of 160 mm.
