ZSM-5分子筛吸附水中苯胺的性能及应用

Performance of ZSM- 5 zeolite as adsorbents for the treatment of aniline in water and its application

摘要:

研究了高硅ZSM-5分子筛去除水中苯胺的效果,模拟废水的静态试验结果表明:ZSM-5分子筛对苯胺的吸附速率非常快,吸附时间为5min时,吸附率>90%;当分子筛用量为8g/L时,水中苯胺的吸附率可达95.7%;随着pH的增加,苯胺在沸石上的吸附率增大;温度增加,吸附率有所增加,但即使在常温下,苯胺的吸附率也能达到96%;ZSM-5分子筛对苯胺的最大吸附量可达37.3225mg/g,其吸附规律较好地符合Langmuir吸附等温式。对实际苯胺废水的处理结果也表明ZSM-5分子筛不仅可有效地去除苯胺,还可以有效地去除废水中的CODCr及NH3-N等。

Abstract:

The ZSM- 5 zeolite with high ratio of silicon to aluminium is used for adsorbing aniline in water.The results show that the ratio of adsorption of the ZSM- 5 zeolite for aniline is very rapid and its removal rate > 90% when the adsorption time is 5 min. The removal rates of aniline in water is 95.7% when the ratio of zeolite to wastewater is 8 g/L. With the increase of pH, the adsorption rate of aniline on zeolite increase. With the increase of temperature, the adsorption rate of aniline on zeolite increase but reaches 96% even under normal temperature. The saturation adsorbing capacities of aniline is 37.322 5 mg/g, and its regularity of adsorption accords with isothermal adsorption model of Langmuir. In fact, the results of the treatment of ani line -bearing wastewater indicate that ZSM- 5 zeolite is not only able to remove aniline, but remove CODCr and NH3-N very efficiently.
