聚天冬氨酸衍生物的合成与阻垢性能的研究

Synthesis and performance research of sulfonic acid group-containing polyaspartic acid derivatives

摘要:

合成了含不同比例磺酸基团的聚天冬氨酸衍生物,对其阻碳酸钙垢、磷酸钙垢和分散氧化铁的性能进行了评定,并与聚天冬氨酸进行比较。结果表明:当n(磺酸基)∶n(聚琥珀酰亚胺)=0.2∶1,药剂质量浓度为14 mg/L时,对碳酸钙的阻垢率为95.7%;当n(磺酸基)∶n(聚琥珀酰亚胺)=0.4∶1,药剂质量浓度为20 mg/L时,对磷酸钙的阻垢率为99.8%;当n(磺酸基)∶n(聚琥珀酰亚胺)=0.2∶1,药剂质量浓度为15 mg/L时,分散氧化铁的最小透光率为33.2%。n(磺酸基)∶n(聚琥珀酰亚胺)=0.2∶1的聚天冬氨酸衍生物的综合性能最好。

Abstract:

Polyaspartic acid derivatives containing different content of sulfonic acid group have been synthesized.Their performance of inhibiting calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate, dispersing ferric oxide has been evaluated and compared with polyaspartic acid. The results show that: at a dosage of 14 mg/L, when n( sulfonic acid group) ∶n( polysuccinimide) =0.2, the inhibition rate of the agent on calcium carbonate is 95.7%; at a dosage of 20 mg/L, when n( sulfonic acid group) ∶n(polysuccinimide)=0.4, the inhibition rate of the agent on calciumphosphate is 99.8%; at a dosage of 15 mg/L, when n( sulfonic acid group) ∶n( polysuccinimide) = 0.2, the least diaphaneity on dispersing ferric oxide is 33.2%.When n( sulfonic acid group) ∶n(polysuccinimide) =0.2, the all-around performance is the best.
