摘要:
试验研究了电凝聚法处理高浓度玻璃纤维废水的效果,结果表明使用电凝聚法处理该废水的最佳试验参数为:原浸润剂稀释500倍,pH7~8,废水量300mL,阳极材料为不锈钢合金(150mm×20mm×2mm),电极数1对,电极距离20mm,功率5×0.35W,电解时间5min,NaCl质量浓度3.9g/L。在常温条件下的试验结果:CODCr从进水的1963mg/L下降到148mg/L,去除率92.46%,电凝聚可以使高浓度玻璃纤维浸润剂废水中的有机物得到有效降解,出水水质达到国家规定的第二类污染物二级排放标准。

Abstract:
The electric coagulation processs which has been used to treat the pollution caused by glass fiber impregnant wastewater is introduced. The experiment result shows that the optimized experiment parameters of the electric coagulation and flocculation conditions are:pH 7 - 8, 500 times diluted impregnant,wastewater capability 300 mL,anodic material is stainless steel alloy(150 mm × 20 mm × 2 mm),electrode quantities is 1 pair,electrode interval is 20 mm,electric power is 5 × 0.35 W,electrolysis time is 5 min,concentration of NaCl is 3.9 g/L. Another result shows that CODCr degrades from 1 963 mg/L to 148 mg/L and the removal efficiency is 92.46%. The total organic pollutants in the water are efficiently removed by the electric coagulation process, and the water quality reaches the national second grade discharge standard of second class pollutants.
