摘要: 
采用PAC与PAM混凝、Fenton氧化、PAC混凝—微滤膜过滤和NaClO氧化组合技术处理煤气洗涤废水,其投加量分别为75mg/L+62.5mg/L、50mL/L、90mg/L和12mL/L。实验结果表明,该组合处理工艺效果优良,废水中挥发酚、氨氮、氰化物和悬浮物的去除率皆超过99%。处理后的水质优良,废水中挥发酚、氟化物、氨氮和氰化物质量浓度分别为0.06、0.38、1.54、0.02mg/L,SS<5mg/L,CODCr为30.74mg/L,浊度<0.5NTU,废水的颜色和异味完全被去除,废水水质达到再生回用要求。研究表明,采用化学混凝、化学氧化和微滤膜组合技术实现了煤气洗涤废水的处理和回用,将为煤气洗涤废水的工程化处置,提供较好的借鉴。

                                                                                    Abstract: 
A combination process of PAC and PAM coagulation,Fenton oxidation,PAC coagulation-micro-membrane filtration, and NaClO oxidation has been used for treating the coal-gas washing wastewater. The dosages of PAC and PAM, H2O2(W(H2O2)=30%), PAC and NaClO solution(W(Cl)=5.4%) are 75 mg/L + 62.5 mg/L, 50 mL/L, 90 mg/L,and 12 mL/L,respectively. The removal efficiencies of volatile phenol, NH4+ - N,CN- and SS are all beyond 99%. The concentrations of volatile phenol,NH4+ -N,CN- and fluoride ion in the treated effluent are 0.06 mg/L,1.54 mg/L,0.02 mg/L and 0.38 mg/L,respectively,the concentration of COD is 30.74 mg/L. The suspended solid concentration is below 5 mg/L,and the turbidity value is below 0.5 NTU,the color and the odor of the coal-gas washing wastewater are removed completely too. So the result is very satisfactory. It would be a model of engineering application to the treatment and recycle of the coal-gas washing wastewater.
