新型有机磷羧酸的合成及阻垢性能实验

Synthesis and scale inhibition effect of a new type of inhibitor, AADMP

摘要:

以α-氨基己二酸、亚磷酸和甲醛(37%)水溶液为原料,合成了新型有机磷羧酸阻垢剂α-氨基己二酸-N,N’-二亚甲基膦酸(AADMP)。并对产物进行了IR、1H NMR和MS表征。实验结果表明:α-氨基己二酸、甲醛、亚磷酸的物质的量比为1∶2.4∶2.4,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为3 h,甲醛为一次性加入时,所得产物对CaCO3阻垢效果最好。阻垢性能的对比实验也表明,AADMP具有优良的阻垢性能。

Abstract:

A new scale inhibitor α-aminoadipic acid-N, N’-dimethylidene-phosphonic acid (AADMP) has been synthesized fromα-aminoadipic acid, phosphorous acid and formaldehyde aqueous solution (37 %). And it is char-acterized byIR,1H NMR and MS. The results showthat the AADMP is an excellent scale inhibitor for CaCO3 when it is synthesized under the llowingconditions: n(C6H11NO4)∶n(CH2O)∶n (H3PO3) =1∶2.4∶2.4; reaction temperature 110℃; reaction time 3 h; formaldehyde is added at one time. The results of contrast experiments showthat AADMP has fine scale inhibition capability.
